How to Start Selling

Our platform offers a seamless, hassle-free way to declutter your wardrobe, earn from once-loved pieces, and contribute to an eco-friendly fashion cycle. With us, simplicity meets sustainability, opening doors to potential earnings and a guilt-free way to refresh your style.

    To get started use the link below to sign up to our online booking platform. Login/Register

  • 2. Rent-A-Rack

    Book a 14 or 28-day sales period using the online booking app or in-store.

  • 3. Prepare your Clothes

    Clean out your wardrobe, selecting seasonally appropriate, washed clothing and accessories that are in good condition. Refer to the seller's instructions below.

  • 4. Dropoff or Pickup

    Deliver your items to Min Butik on the Monday prior to your sales period OR select Inclusive Plus for a home collection service. Drop off instructions below.

  • 5. Track Sales

    Once your rack rental has begun, you will be notified and can track your sales through the app.

  • 6. Payout & Collect

    After your rack rental period, your payout will be processed within 3 business days and we will contact you to collect your remaining items.

Our Fees

$130 RACK RENTAL + 50% COMMISSION

$30 home collection service (Inner Sydney only)

You can display up to 20 garments on your rack at any given time. Additionally, you have the option to bring in up to 30 extra garments to restock your rack during your rental period. We recommend quality over quantity! Womens & Mens Clothing, Baby Clothing, Shoes, Accessories & Jewellery.

Additional Information

Drop Off

Email Min Butik to arrange your drop off on the Monday before your rack rental period begins.

Morning drop off : 8-11am at our front entrance (202 Oxford Street, Paddington). There is free 15 minute parking.

Afternoon drop off : 3-5pm at the back entrance (Young Street, Köket Café entrance).

We will be there to pick up your items.

Packaging of Products

To ensure smooth processing, please follow these packaging guidelines:

- Pack the products in durable bags such as a stripey or IKEA bag.

- Attach a label to each bag with the following information: Name, Phone number, Email address, Rack size and Total number of bags. (e.g., First name, Surname, 0400070259, info@minbutik.com.au, Small Rack, 1/2, 2/2)

Attaching name tags to the bags is crucial for distinguishing your products from those of other customers.

Home Collection Service

Please reach out to Min Butik directly to arrange a collection time via email.

We only offer a collection service within inner Sydney for a flat fee of $30. This is booked when you book your rack and will be arranged the week prior to your rack rental period.

Rack Rental Start

You can see the tentative start date of your sales period in Zellr under my reservations. Your sales period can start before or after the tentative start date. Your sales period starts when your product has been put up for sale and you receive a notification of the start of the sales period by e-mail.

Rack Rental End

Your rack-rental period is a 2 week period from Thursday-Wednesday (please note our store is shut on sundays). On the final day of your rack rental you will need to come into the store to pick up your items. Contact Min Butik if you are unable to do so and an alternate time will be arranged.

Clothing that isn’t collected 3 days after the rental ends will be charged a $30 late fee.

Price Tagging

As a part of our all-inclusive service, Min Butik will name, price and tag all of your items for you. Names and prices will be loaded into Zellr for you to approve prior to your rack rental period.

Our service aims to get you the best price for your preloved items. In general, any preloved item should be sold for at least 1/2 of the original purchase price. If your items still have tags, then we will consider selling them for 1/3 of the original cost.

Note: we will price according to brand, season and condition that the item is in.

Accepted Items to sell

You can sell good quality women's, men's, baby and unisex clothes, and up to 5 accessories (including shoes, bags and belts).

By offering a preloved service, we are encouraging people to buy higher quality items so that they will re-sell for more.

Please ensure clothing is;

- Suitable for the current season and trends

- In good condition, clothing with holes or stains will not be accepted

- Lint-free

Min Butik reserves the right to price products based on demand, brand, material and season. We do not sell products that violate the terms of sale, and only products our expert team sees as being in demand are priced for sale.

Unacceptable Items

- Products that are damaged, heavily linty, or in poor condition.

- Products with stains or discolouration.

- Cosmetics, decorative items, low quality activewear, and underwear

-Unbranded products

- Counterfeit products; please note that our staff may request a certificate of authenticity for more valuable products.

- Products from fast fashion brands such as Shein, H&M and ASOS.

Rack preparation & upkeep

Rest assured, we take care of steaming, tagging and hanging the products for you. Please ensure all items are clean when dropping off.

We set up your rack for your Thursday start date and will top it up for you as your items sell as a part of our all-inclusive package. Track your sales on the app.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

The products available at Min Butik are not owned by Min Butik; they are the property of the individual rack owners. When a customer buys an item, the rack owner's records are updated to reflect the sale. As a result, we are unable to facilitate exchanges, returns, or refunds for these items.
