PACKAGING OF PRODUCTS

To ensure smooth processing, please follow these packaging guidelines:

  • Pack the products in durable bags such as a stripey or IKEA bag. A zipped bag is preferrable.

  • Attach a label to each bag with the following information: Name, Phone number, Email address, Rack number and Total number of bags. (e.g., First name, Surname, 0400070259, info@minbutik.com.au, #5, 1/2, 2/2)

Attaching name tags to the bags is crucial for distinguishing your products from those of other customers.

 

DROP OFF INFORMATION

Get in contact with Min Butik to arrange your drop-off time. We need your items 2-3 days prior to your rack rental start date. If this does not work for you, you can arrange an alternate solution by contacting us directly.

 

Location: Please use our front entrance (202 Oxford Street, Paddington) within our opening hours 10am-4pm. If this doesn't work, please get in contact.

We also have a collection service for an extra $30 within inner Sydney. If this is of interest please reach out, or add to your cart when booking your rack via our app.

 

HOME PICK-UP SERVICE

Please reach out to Min Butik directly to arrange a pick-up time via email.

We only offer a pick-up service within inner Sydney for a flat rate fee of $30. This is booked when you book your rack and will be arranged the week prior to your rack rental period.
