Min Butik is dedicated to transforming the way you experience fashion. As a luxury preloved rent-a-rack boutique, we make it easy to give your wardrobe a second life — helping you declutter while giving other style-lovers access to quality pieces at accessible prices. We believe in fashion that feels good and does good. Rent responsibly. Buy sustainably.

Quality Standards

We maintain high standards to ensure every customer enjoys a premium experience. We accept only items thatare:

• Clean, undamaged, and in excellent condition
• Authentic — counterfeit or replica items are strictly prohibited. We can arrange and invoice for authentication if needed.
• Yours to sell — items must belong to you and be free of any encumbrances

Min Butik reserves the right to decline any item that does not meet our quality criteria, at our sole discretion.

Rack Rental & Fees

Rack rental rates and commission structures are published on our website and are subject to periodic updates. By making a booking, you agree to the rates in effect at the time of reservation.

• Rack reservations can be made online or by contacting the store directly
• Rental fees are due in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable within 7 days of the reservation start date
• A commission is charged on all items sold; the applicable rate is detailed on our website, unless agreed otherwise.
• Sale proceeds, less our commission, will be deposited into your nominated bank account within 5 business days of the rental period end date
• Min Butik accepts card and online payments only — no cash transactions

Sales Channels & Platform Rights

By consigning your items with Min Butik, you grant Min Butik the right to offer and sell your items through any channel we deem appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to:

• In-store at our Paddington boutique
• Our website (minbutik.com.au)
• Third-party marketplaces, including eBay
• Live selling events and social commerce (including Instagram Live, Facebook Live, and similar platforms)
• Our social media profiles and digital marketing channels

Min Butik also reserves the right to use images and videos of your items for promotional purposes across any platform, including social media and our website, at no additional cost to you.

All-Inclusive Service

Our All-Inclusive service takes
the effort out of selling. Here’s how it works:

• Bring your items in — the quantity accepted. Min Butik reserves the right to decline items if they exceed the maximum.
• Our team handles itemisation, pricing, tagging, and display
• You can review and approve pricing via our app before items go live for sale
• If you do not request changes within the allotted review window, your acceptance of the entered pricing is assumed
• Items are restocked as sales occur; you can monitor your sales in real time via the app

Please note: not all items you bring in may be displayed at the same time. Our team uses their experience to select and price items with the strongest sales potential. Any items not displayed during your rental period remain available for collection.

Security Tags

Min Butik provides optional security tags to help protect your items. If you would like specific items tagged, please notify us by email prior to your rack going live. Where we have not received specific instructions, our team will apply tags at their discretion, prioritising higher-value pieces.

Commitment Period

Once your items are in-store and displayed on your rack, they must remain available for sale at Min Butik for the full duration of your rental period. Items cannot be withdrawn for sale on other platforms or in other venues until your reservation has concluded.

Sales days are counted as the store’s operating days. Closure on public holidays or other non-trading days does not reduce your rental period.

Unsold Items

At the conclusion of your rental period, you are welcome to collect any unsold items from the store within an agreed timeframe.

Where Min Butik offers a donation option for uncollected or unsold items, the recipient charity will be selected by Min Butik and disclosed to you in advance. Donation is entirely optional and subject to your agreement at the time.

Liability & Risk

Min Butik takes reasonable precautions to care for your items while they are in our store. However, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Min Butik accepts no liability for loss, damage, theft, fire, water damage, or other unforeseen events affecting your items
• You consign your items at your own risk

Theft

Retail theft is an unfortunate reality across the industry. In the event an item is lost or stolen while in our care, Min Butik is unable to accept liability or provide compensation.

To minimise risk, we offer security tagging for all items and encourage sellers to flag high-value pieces for tagging. Any suspected theft will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Items sold through Min Butik remain the property of individual sellers — they are not owned by Min Butik. As a result, Min Butik is unable to facilitate returns, refunds, or exchanges on sold items. This policy is disclosed to buyers at the point of sale.

Prohibited Items & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your seller agreement and referral to authorities:

• Listing items you do not own or do not have the legal right to sell
• Submitting stolen goods
• Selling counterfeit, replica, or misrepresented items

Agreement & Modifications

By making a booking with Min Butik, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Min Butik reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active sellers. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
