Seller Agreement:

By choosing to work with Min-Butik, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please note that Min-Butik reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as required.

Charges and Proceeds

Our rack rental rates and commission details can be found on our website and are subject to periodic updates. Rack reservations can be made conveniently online or by reaching out to our store. Rental fees must be paid at the time of booking, and they are non-refundable within 14 days of the reservation's start date. In addition to the rack rental fee, we charge a commission on all sold items. Proceeds from your sales, less the commission, will be deposited into your bank account within 10 days of the rental period's end. Please note that we strictly accept online and card payments; no cash is handled.

All-Inclusive Selling

Our "All Inclusive" service streamlines the process by allowing you to bring a certain amount of items depending on the size of your accepted rack. We will take care of itemisation, pricing, and displaying your items on your rack. Restocking will be handled as items are sold, and you can monitor sales through our app. You'll have the opportunity to review and adjust prices in the app before your items are displayed for sale. If you are happy with the pricing provided within the given timeframe, it's understood that you agree to the entered pricing. Not all products brought by the customer may be put up for sale at the same time. All products with which our staff sees sales potential are priced and put up for sale. If you wish to place security tags on your clothes, please inform Min Butik via email. Min Butik has enough tags to hang on all items, however will use their own discretion if not informed, placing on those items of higher value.

Commitment

Once your items are in-store and displayed on the rack, they cannot be taken down for sale on other platforms until your rental reservation period has concluded.

Unsold Items

Min-Butik, at its discretion, may provide sellers with the option to donate unsold items after their rental period. The charity is selected by Min-Butik and disclosed to the seller prior.

General

While we take every precaution to safeguard your clothing, Min-Butik holds no responsibility for damage, loss, theft, fires, water damage, or unforeseen circumstances. It's important to note that selling goods that do not belong to you or stolen items is strictly prohibited. Sellers must guarantee that they have the right to sell the items, and selling counterfeit products is also prohibited. Any thefts or violations will be reported to the authorities. Min-Butik reserves the right to use images and videos of items to promote the store on social media platforms and our website. Items may be sold in-store, online or via our social media platforms. Sales days are counted as the store's opening days, and possible closed days including public holidays do not shorten the sales period.

Returns, Refunds and exchanges

The products available at Min Butik are not owned by Min Butik; they are the property of the individual rack owners. When a customer buys an item, the rack owner's records are updated to reflect the sale. As a result, we are unable to facilitate exchanges, returns, or refunds for these items.

Theft

Regrettably, occasional instances like this can occur. Similar to most retail stores, there may be instances where items are lost or stolen.

If an item is lost or stolen, Min Butik cannot accept liability and, unfortunately, is unable to provide compensation. Min Butik provides optional security tags to secure your items and help to reduce instances like this. Please tell Min Butik which items you would like to be tagged or Min Butik will tag them at their own discretion.
